Google Fiber E-Course
I created this concept course for Google Fiber's customer service phone support with Articulate Storyline software. This online course aims to train customer support staff in problem-solving, improve communication, and deliver excellent customer service. The course features an assessment and requires a 70% passing rate. If participants do not meet the passing rate, they are redirected to retake it. The online course is responsive and fits on all screens so participants can learn on any device.
The course features text, audio, and video components to fit various learning styles. I also created a downloadable companion workbook and developed the course curriculum based on research of the main complaints of customers and used authentic issues for lesson exercises.
