Approach
I worked from the organization’s instructional goals and existing content to build a structured guide that connected standards, learning outcomes, and instructional use. The focus was on creating a practical resource that staff could use consistently when developing or delivering instruction. I organized the framework to support both clarity and implementation, not just documentation.
