Created curriculum and standards-alignment materials for an educational media organization, including learning frameworks and instructional resources to support staff training.

Online Training Course Design ​

Designed and developed a complete online customer service training course, including learning modules, interactive activities, assessments, and a companion learner workbook.

Higher Education Digital Platform Design

Designed and developed accessible, user-centered digital platform for university and academic initiatives, with a focus on usability, content clarity, and audience engagement.

Assessment Content & Learning Materials Development

Developed and edited standardized language assessment materials for international certification programs, including study guides, practice tests, and mock exam booklets to support learner preparation and assessment consistency.
